沈人诗，字马元，男，1934年4月出生于四川蓬安，大学文化，中共党员。中国书法家协会理事、中国文联名誉副主席、中国当代艺术协会副主席、中国书法美术家协会副主席、中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国诗书画联盟网名誉主席。

自幼习书，临池不辍，擅楷、行、草、隶、篆，尤精草书，爱好篆刻、国画。书画作品曾多次参加全国比赛并获奖，入选《中国当代书法家辞典》《中国文艺三十年》《中国书画家志》《祖国万岁》《建党九十周年特集》《中国艺坛七贤》《大师之约》《当代诗书画五大家》等，已出版《沈人诗书法艺术》专辑。

2010年书法作品获文化部第七届文化艺术政府奖“文华奖”最佳创作奖。2016年获中国国际艺术节“金猴奖”终身成就奖。2020年获《首届金华表艺术奖》金奖，《大囯文豪硕学新华奖》金奖。

沈人诗的狂草用笔沉着痛快，线条流畅飘逸，大起大落，气韵贯通，上下呼应，如疾风骤雨，满纸激情，跌宕多姿，大小避让有序，疏密有致，枯湿浓淡相间，节奏明快气势磅礴，备感新奇舒服，给人以美感与极髙的艺术享受，使人心旷神怡。
