张海艳，字海侠，号九彩天龙，国家一级美术师,雅称“猫帝”大学本科，当代著名女画家，1974年生于辽宁省朝阳市建平县，现居北京。现任：猫王艺术馆特级画师、世界华人联合总会诗书画研究院理事、猫王艺术研究会理事长温州瓯派书画院院士、上海世界非遗文化城委员九彩天龙书画院院长、北京华夏诗联书画院研究员加拿大中国书画研究院会员。

   张海艳 自幼志向高远，爱好广泛，琴棋书画无所不能，酷爱美术.武术，武校毕业后师承著名画猫大师“猫王”胡振林先生，经多年潜心创作，作品“猫”参加全国书画大奖赛多次获金奖，被海内外友人所收藏，多次入编大型画册及入选中国邮政明信片.挂历、邮票等，被授予：终生书画艺术家.中国红色艺术名家.中国著名书画艺术家.中国百强书画名家.中华爱国功勋艺术名家等荣誉称号。

 Artistic IntroductionZhang Haiyan, whose courtesy name is Haixia, also known by herpseudonym as Nine Color Dragon, has a nickname “Queen Cat”and a famous contemporarypaintress with a bachelor degree. Now living in Beijing, She was born inJianping County,Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province in 1974.She has been ambitioussince childhood and has extensive interests with piano, chess, calligraphy andpainting all at her grasp. She also loves arts and wushu and after graduationfrom wushu school she became a disciple of Mr. Hu Zhenlin, the great master “KingCat”. After many years of wholehearted engagement in creating paintings, herpainting “The Cat”was awarded gold medals many times in national painting andcalligraphy contests, was collected by friends from both home and abroad and wasincorporated into large-scale picture album many times and selected on China postalcards, stamps.
