彭泽讯,1966年3月生,云南省宜威市人,1992年毕业于中国书画函授大学书画专业。现为中国书法家美术家协会会员,中国国际艺术家协会顾问,中华文化研究院院士,国家一级美术师,人民美术报理事会理事,北京三希堂国际书画艺术研究会会员,中国建筑堪舆文化研究会学术委员,云南中华周易研究会会员,云南省曲靖市美术家协会会员,云南省曲靖市装饰协会副会长,云南省装饰协会常务理事,室内装饰高级设计师。

Peng Zexun, born in March 1966 in Yiwei, Yunnan Province, graduated from the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University in 1992. Now he is a member of the Chinese Calligrapher Artists Association, a consultant of the Chinese International Artists Association, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Culture, a national first-class artist, a member of the Board of the People's Art Daily, a member of the Beijing Sanxitang International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, an academic member of the Chinese Architectural Kanyu Cultural Research Association, a member of the Yunnan Zhouyi Research Association, a member of the Qujing Artists Association, Yunnan Province. 自幼酷爱书画艺术,进入装饰行业后特别痴迷于环境学艺术研究和传统文化,并将所学知识用于建筑室内外装饰设计和施工中,受到业内人士的好评。

近年来多次出国考察,先后参加国内外书画展览和学术交流。

2006年参加上海全国第17届“文明—金皇冠杯书画大展”获国画一等奖,并在《书画之友》大赛专刊中刊登了获奖作品。

2007年第十八届“文明—华顶杜鹃杯”获行书铜奖。

2011年参加第二十九届中日国际书画大赛并获铜奖。

2012年1月入选书画频道第二届迎新春书画作品展播。2012年2月入选首届“三希堂杯”全球华人国际书画艺术大奖赛并获奖。

2012年3月入选《中国书法美术人物年鉴》(2012卷),并获杰出国画家荣誉称号。

2012年12月入选书画频道首届“农行杯”书画大赛作品展播。

2013年至2015年特邀中国书画名家献礼全国两会书画展。

2016年4月参加纪念毛泽东逝世四十周年全国书画展。2016年7月参加“一带一路”中韩艺术家友好交流发展论坛书画交流展,花鸟画《花香浓郁竹荫下》山水画《春江帆影》被韩方以国礼收藏。

2017年3月参加特邀书画名家献礼全国两会优秀作品联展活动。

2018年参加第九届“羲之杯”当代诗书画家大赛,并荣获二等奖。

2018年9月参加的全球华人中秋联谊会书画展。

In recent years, he has visited many countries and participated in calligraphy and painting exhibitions and academic exchanges at home and abroad.

In 2006, he participated in the 17th National "Civilization - Golden Crown Cup Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" in Shanghai and won the first prize in Chinese Painting, and published the prize-winning works in the special issue of "Friends of Calligraphy and Painting".

In 2007, the 18th "Civilization - Huading Cup" won the bronze prize for running books.

In 2011, he participated in the 29th Sino-Japanese International Painting and Calligraphy Competition and won the bronze prize.

In January 2012, he was selected as the second Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Works Exhibition of Calligraphy and Painting Channel. In February 2012, he was selected as the first "Sanxitang Cup" International Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Competition and won the prize.

In March 2012, he was selected into the Yearbook of Chinese Calligraphy Artists (Volume 2012), and won the honorary title of an outstanding Chinese painter.

In December 2012, it was selected as the first "Agricultural Bank Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition Works Show of the Calligraphy and Painting Channel.

From 2013 to 2015, famous Chinese painters and calligraphers were invited to present their paintings and calligraphy exhibitions at the National Two Sessions.

In April 2016, he participated in the National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Mao Zedong's death. In July 2016, he participated in the "one area and one way" Sino Korean Friendship Exchange and development forum for calligraphy and painting. The flower and bird painting "the fragrant flowers under the bamboo shade" landscape painting "the spring river sail" was collected by the Korean side with the national rites.

In March 2017, he participated in the joint exhibition of outstanding works of the National Congress and the National Congress of Calligraphy and Painting.

In 2018, he participated in the 9th Contemporary Contemporary Poetry, Calligraphy and Painters Competition and won the second prize.

In September 2018, he participated in the Global Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.

混沌初开、天地始奠,自从盘古开天地、三皇五帝到如今,中国千年图发展,古老华夏创文明。我们伟大的中华民族,在五千年的历史长河中、循序渐进、逐步形成了中国古代语言文化、文字文化、数字文化、生活中的计能文化及建筑文化、周易文化、宗教文化、礼仪文化、五行学文化,发展生产力的科技文化、城市乡村建设的堪舆文化,逐步形成了建筑与大自然和谐完美结合的生态文明和舒适优美,合理吉善的生活空间。

就此机会,我向大家介绍我创作的这幅中国工笔山水界画的意景及创作过程,它是我修佛、学周易文化结合书画艺术的产物,是在一次出国考察学术交流的所见所闻,大开眼界,有感而发创作的这幅中国生态文化城的山水界画鸟瞰图。2003年11月20日在回国途中,深夜的天空,外面漆黑一片,看不见空中的俘云,我坐在飞机上静静的回想考察所见到的一切,我在想人家的生态保护得那么好,城乡建设、景观绿化每处都是那么的精舆,街道那么的干净,每件工业产品是那么的精制,在看人家的整体表象文化,建筑方面,只有城市商业中心是现代高层建筑,其余的都是它本国的传统建筑,而且根中国大唐时代一样,礼仪方面还在保持着它本国最原史的传统礼仪,仔细分析,人家把我们中华周易传统文化用到了极致,于是我想我中华五千年文明的泱泱大国,还不如他吗?我们要尽快的赶上、超过他们,我们的民族才有希望。我想要超过他们,只有尽快提高我们的全民素质,首先普及全民教育,认真学好传统文化,使每个公民能实在的爱国爱民爱家,树立美好的世界观、有理想、有追求、有抱负、孝敬父母、有敬爱之心,从学校抓起,落在实处地认真培养各种有特长的科学技术人才,在人才中又挑选培养高科技专研人才,有了人才,我们一定能够建设成为世界强国。想到这,那么大的理想,我能实现吗?于是我只能把理想画成一幅画表现出来,回国后我用了很长时间构图,反复修改,用两年时间完成了这幅画,落款为<生态中国和谐世界>;千古文明筑新苑,万里江山生态园。中华周易睿眼智,世界和谐崇英贤。意思就是,用现代的建筑材料,建成中国古老的传统建筑。结合自然生态,把祖国建设成为绿色的精妙美丽的生态中国。只要我们合理地用好中国的周易传统文化。我们就一定会成为世界上最强大、最富有、最美丽、最和谐的国家。到那时,世界各国都来崇拜我们的英才,崇拜我们的圣贤,学中国的文化,全球就变成了和平美好的世界。

整幅画的构思体现了我对中国建筑堪舆文化与现代城市规划设计建设相结合的思想理念,我认为中国的城市建设要传承中华优秀传统文化的精髓。一个城市的规划设计,依山傍水建设,不能破坏环境风水,只能补救风水,要以科学发展的眼光来建设我们美好的家园。如四川都江堰,李冰治水灌凯了千万公顷农田,沧海变粮田,使四川盆地变成了天府之国,这就是我们古代先人聪明智慧合理补救风水科学发展的体现。又如七十年代初昆明的围海造田,人为破坏自然,使我们的高原明珠,美丽的滇池变成了如今的模样,这就是破坏环境风水。还有昆明长虫山下三还路岗头山隧道,它就断了长虫山昆明的主脉筋,破坏了昆明的风水。我们要接受历史教训在建筑规划设计上要遵循毛主席的古为今用、洋为中用的思想。依山傍水建设,都要自然过度,从中国的传统建筑自然过度到现代建筑,同时也要保护中国传统的建筑文化和生态文明。中式建筑和西式建筑要分区域的优化融合,最终达到和谐完美的统一。北京历史上圆明园的建筑规划设计,就达到了中西和谐统一最完美的效果。它创造了中国建筑史乃至世界建筑史最优美的、园林艺术的建筑奇观,历史告诉我们,中国要强大,人民要富有,建设我们社会主义城镇乡村的规划设计要顺其自然、保护自然、科学合理的改造自然,才能达到与大自然和谐统一的生态文明。

Eco-China Harmonious World

The beginning of chaos and the foundation of heaven and earth. Since Pangu opened up heaven and earth and the three emperors and five emperors, China has made a thousand-year plan for development and created civilization in ancient China. Our great Chinese nation has gradually formed ancient Chinese language culture, literary culture, digital culture, energy-saving culture in life, architectural culture, Zhouyi culture, religious culture, etiquette culture, Wuxing science and technology culture to develop productive forces and public opinion culture in urban and rural construction in the long history of 5000 years. Natural harmony and perfect combination of ecological civilization and comfortable and beautiful, reasonable and good living space.

On this occasion, I would like to introduce to you the artistic conception and creation process of this Chinese fine brushwork landscape painting. It is the product of my Buddhist practice and study of Zhouyi culture combined with calligraphy and painting art. It is a bird's-eye view of the landscape painting of the Chinese Eco-cultural City created by a trip abroad to study academic exchanges and broaden our horizons. On the way back to China on November 20, 2003, the night sky was dark outside, and the captive clouds could not be seen in the sky. I was sitting on the plane quietly recalling what I had seen. I was thinking that people's ecological protection was so good, urban and rural construction and landscape greening were so fine public opinion everywhere, streets were so clean, every industrial product was so fine, watching the whole people. In terms of appearance culture and architecture, only the city commercial center is a modern high-rise building, and the rest are its own traditional buildings. As in the Tang Dynasty of China, etiquette still maintains the most original traditional etiquette of its own country. After careful analysis, people use our traditional culture of Zhouyi to the extreme. So I think that China is a great country with 5000 years of civilization. Not as good as him? Only when we catch up with and surpass them as soon as possible can our nation have hope. I want to surpass them, only by improving the quality of our people as soon as possible, first of all, popularizing universal education, earnestly learning traditional culture, so that every citizen can truly patriotize the people and love his family, establish a good world outlook, have ideals, pursue, ambition, filial piety to his parents, have a sense of respect, from the school, to seriously train all kinds of science and technology talents with special skills. In addition, high-tech specialists are selected and trained among the talents. With talents, we will be able to build into a powerful country in the world. Think of this, so big ideal, can I realize it? So I can only paint my ideal as a picture. After returning to China, I spent a long time composing the picture, revising it repeatedly, and completed it in two years. It was signed as "Eco-China Harmonious World". New Garden was built by ancient civilization and Wanli Jiangshan Eco-Park was built. Zhouyi of China is wise and respectful, and the world is harmonious and respectful. That is to say, using modern building materials to build ancient Chinese traditional buildings. Combining with natural ecology, we will build our motherland into a green and beautiful ecological China. As long as we make good use of the traditional culture of Zhouyi in China. We will surely become the strongest, richest, most beautiful and harmonious country in the world. By then, all countries in the world will come to worship our talents, worship our sages and learn Chinese culture, and the world will become a peaceful and beautiful world.

The whole painting reflects my idea of combining Chinese architectural culture with modern urban planning and design. I believe that Chinese urban construction should inherit the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The planning and design of a city, built by mountains and rivers, can not destroy the environment geomantic omen, can only remedy geomantic omen, we should build our beautiful home with the scientific development perspective. For example, in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province, Li Bing's water harnessing has helped to irrigate tens of millions of hectares of farmland and transform the sea into grain fields, which has turned the Sichuan Basin into a land of heaven. This is the manifestation of the scientific development of geomantic omen remedied by the wisdom and reasonableness of our ancient ancestors. In the early 1970s, Kunming reclaimed land from the sea and destroyed nature artificially, which made our Plateau Pearl and beautiful Dianchi Lake become what it is today. This is the destruction of environmental geomancy. There is also the Gangtou Mountain Tunnel of Sanhuan Road under Changchong Mountain in Kunming, which broke the main veins of Changchong Mountain in Kunming and destroyed Kunming's geomantic omen. We should accept the historical lessons and follow Chairman Mao's thought of making the past serve the present and making foreign things serve China in architectural planning and design. The construction along the mountains and rivers should be naturally excessive, from traditional Chinese architecture to modern architecture, and at the same time, we should protect the traditional Chinese architectural culture and ecological civilization. Chinese architecture and Western architecture should be optimized and integrated in different regions to achieve a harmonious and perfect unity. The architectural planning and design of Yuanmingyuan in Beijing's history has achieved the most perfect effect of the harmony and unification of China and the West. It has created the most beautiful architectural spectacle in the history of Chinese architecture and even in the history of world architecture. History tells us that only when China is strong and the people are rich, can the planning and design of building our socialist towns and villages follow its nature, protect nature and transform nature scientifically and reasonably, can we achieve the ecological civilization of harmony and unity with nature..
