罗建辉生于癸卯年，出生于广东兴宁大坪祠堂巩兴围，现居住广州市白云区。擅长国家元首画像，多次在国际新闻电视节目中，表演画国家元首画像与元首同一节目亮相播出。是一带一路书画家、中国将军部书画院研究员、国礼画家、中国非物质文化遗产传承人。先后担任牛津艺术学院博士生导师、新文艺群体书画家委员会委员、国瓷大师、中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员、国家现代艺术中心会员、人民艺术家书画院会员、全球艺术家联盟会员、亚洲艺术家联盟会员、江苏书画院特聘画家、上海谒诚文化交流中心艺委会主任，金奖艺术家。参与编辑、发表《中华诗书画篆（合页）》联合国195国交流版，十年磨一剑，融合中外艺术精华，作品被媒体国内外电视台及藏家争先收藏。

Luo Jianhui was born in Gong Xingwei, Daping Temple, Xingning City, Guangdong Province. He lives in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City. He is good at the portrait of the head of state.
